Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India. Certain remote areas may have limited service availability or extended delivery times. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on orders above a minimum purchase value as indicated during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment status in real time.
Delays & Issues
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays. Rathna Stores is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs processing.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will coordinate with the courier partner and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
